Results With Lucy Support

We're really pleased to be able to offer this fantastic deal to students!

This offer is open to new members only.

However, as an existing member, we don't want you to miss out either.

So here is what you will need to do in order to get your student discount.

Please be aware that you will need to register with a DIFFERENT email address so that it recognises you as a "New Member".

 Please follow these steps in order: 

You need to do this before your renewal date, not on, or after, to prevent another payment being taken.

  1. Go to the dashboard on your Results With Lucy account.
  2. At the bottom of the page you will see "cancel your subscription" - click this button.
  3. On the next page, press  "No thank you - unsubscribe me" 
  4. You will then be taken to your membership details page, which will state you have cancelled. If you do not see this, please screen shot your screen and email the support team via our Get In Touch Page.

If you signed up to Results with Lucy prior to 1st April 2014, and used Paypal to set up your subscription please follow the below guides to further cancel your subscription.

After step 3 above, please follow on to step 4 below.

4. Please read through the instructions on the next page very carefully as they tell you what to do in Paypal, which is where you need to cancel your payment set up, to cancel your subscription.

5. When you click "cancel your membership' it will open Paypal on a new tab in your browser, so that you can still read the instructions on your RWL page.

6. You will get a confirmation email from Paypal to confirm your subscription has been cancelled, if you do not receive this then you have not cancelled successfully.

7. You can then resubscribe via the students page 

8. Fill in your details using a DIFFERENT email address

9. Proceed through to payment and set up a new subscription to pay. 

10. Enjoy your workouts! :-)

Please keep in mind that we do not part refund your current subscription should you be part way through.

You will need to wait until the end of your current subscription before signing up to a new subscription.

Every new member can try a 7 day trial prior to starting their paying membership.

You can sign up with your Paypal account, and when your 7 days is over you automatically roll onto a monthly subscription.

If you do not wish for this happen, you need to cancel before the 7th day to stop any payments being taken.

Please be aware that if you try to cancel the subscription after the payment date you will not be refunded as your payment would have already been processed and you are advised to cancel the subscription before the payment date when you sign up.

Also please be advised, we do not offer a 7 day cooling period after your trial ends in relation to the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, you are paying for a online streaming service not a product, please see OUR SERVICES term and conditions.

Should you not see "Subscription cancelled" within your membership details or have not received a confirmation of cancellation email then please contact our support team AS SOON AS POSSIBLE before your payment date for our support team to advise you on whether you have cancelled successfully.

That is a very good question - thanks for checking out our FAQ that will explain all.

When setting up your Results with Lucy account we understand you may be quite eager to get started and may not read which of our memberships is a package and which is a subscription - but there is a difference and is something we would like to inform our members of.

Results with Lucy Subscription

What we mean by subscription is although you are not in a contract and can cancel at any time, you are signing up to a rolling subscription.

So after your 7 day free trial, should you wish to carry on your workouts with us you will pay any of the below subscription prices, this is picked by you during your sign up process and RWL are not liable for any subscription choice a member makes.

Should you wish to cancel your membership before your free trial ends you will need to cancel your subscription via your RWL dashboard, if you do not carry this through you will make a payment of the subscription choice you made when the trial ends and will then have the selected time period you have paid for. This payment will be non-refundable.

The following are all classed as ongoing subscriptions:

1. Video & Magazine - £12.99 Per Month
2. Video & Magazine - £35.00 Per 3 Months (Quarterly)
3. Video & Magazine - £129.00 Per 12 Months (Annually)

Results with Lucy Package

What we mean by package is, it's a one off payment made by the member and does not include a free trial nor is student discount accepted.

Once the payment has been made the member gains access for the package duration and that begins immediately.

You will not make a further payments for the package once purchased.

Should you wish to use the package again, you are required to purchase it once more, but we hope the time frame for the package purchased should be long enough to maintain what you need from it.

You are unable to cancel a package once purchased as it is not an ongoing subscription, the payment is also non refundable.

The following are all classed as packages:

1. The Eatwell with Lucy plan - £30.00 for 60 days of access
2. 6 Pack Abs - £39.99 for 12 week challenge plan
