Why are you collecting multiple payments from my account?

Should Results with Lucy be receiving payments from you that are duplicate, this means you will have duplicate subscriptions with us.

We are, of course, happy to refund any duplicate payments made from duplicate subscriptions as we understand it was a mistake to have more than 1 subscription with us.

Please contact our support team as soon as possible for them to investigate further for you.
