If you have recently purchased a gift voucher from our store and have not received the code yet, here is what you can do:
1. We know you are expecting it as soon as possible as its a gift but we ask you to allow 2-3 days for us to send it to you within a separate email. This email will be from email@example.com if you could add this to your safe senders list to make sure it doesn't fall into your spam/junk folder.
2. Please check your spam/junk folder to make sure it has not fallen into there.
3. If you have waited longer than 2-3 days and still not received it and have checked your spam/junk folder, then please email our support team and they will look into locating your voucher code for you.
