Should you have received a gift voucher, you can find some information here to help you use it, either as an existing member or a new member:
The buyer should have received an email from email@example.com with an attachment, which is the gift voucher.
This attachment will have the voucher code enclosed. Should the buyer not have received this email or attachment, please ask them to contact the Support Team for help.
To get started you need to do the following:
Recipient is a registered user
1) Login and visit your RWL dashboard
2) Under ‘Your Packages’ in your Dashboard select ‘Buy’ when selecting the package you have the voucher for.
3) In the coupon field provided, please make sure you enter your unique voucher code correctly and in full (this is printed on your voucher)
4) You will then be directed back to your dashboard where you can start using your new package immediately.
1) Visit the page containing the package purchase option that your voucher is for on the RWL website.
2) Select ‘buy’.
3) Enter your contact details in full, as prompted (as if you were signing up for the first time).
4) In the coupon field provided, please make sure you enter your unique voucher code (this is printed on your voucher)
5) You will then be sent back to your dashboard where you can start using your new package immediately.
