We are sorry to hear that you are yet to receive the email containing your log in information. However, please don't panic, we have a couple of things we would like to suggest:-
- Please check your spam/junk folder to see if it has accidentally ended up there as we may be an unrecognised sender in your mailbox.
- Have you waited longer than 30 minutes for the email to arrive? If not, please allow a little more time for it to generate and reach you from our systems.
- Could you have entered an incorrect email address when signing up? If so, please allow the recommended 30 minutes to be sure (as above) and if there is still nothing in your inbox from us, please contact our Support Team for help.
If you could review these options first that may resolve the problem. If the email you are holding out for still proves to be a 'no show', please contact our Support Team and we'll take a look at what's gone wrong.
Alternatively: If you signed up using our Facebook or Twitter feature, you will NOT receive an email with your log in details as there aren't any generated to issue to you. Who needs even more passwords to remember, right?! You'll simply log in with your social media log in information, which we hope makes the sign in details and whole process even easier to use!
