I am being informed my account is inactive?

There are two possible reasons for this issue.

1) – If you have completed the sign-up process and have recently paid then please allow up to 30 minutes for us to process your registration.

2) – You may not have completed your registration fully when you first signed up. Please attempt to sign-up again with the same email address to see if our system continues the subscription process from the stage it was halted at before. If you have a problem doing this or this does not resolve the issue, please contact Support so we can have our Technical Team investigate the matter.
